I recently came across this Shoe Biz / Onitsuka collab spot by young filmmaker Justin Gallagher. I love the single-minded focus of TJ, the rider (a legit bike messenger), as he books down a quintessential San Fran street, showboating the bona fide durability of the Asics '66 Mexico style shoe on a fixie (of course). Originally, this post only had the brilliant ambient Frontline ad by By Saatchi & Saatchi Jakarta (bottom). Later in the day I happened upon another great ad for another animal product: Witte Molen bird seed. This ad by DDB, Amsterdam, titled "Black," showcases a bird-dog (no, not that kind) with the copy, "Turns Birdie in to man's best friend."

Both fine examples that break the mold of typical pet product ads.
