Kenny began his professional career as Art Director at a couple of local publications before being hired as Creative Director at Clear Channel Outdoor. Only 9 months in to the job Kenny, along with three other colleagues (one of whom is his wife and current SUM partner, Rebekah), began Area Creative: a creative shop that aimed to deliver fresh ideas and creative execution. To supplement income in those early stages Kenny taught part time at a local design college. Only weeks old, Area walked away with a pile of awards including a coveted Judge's Choice from the NMAF Addy Awards, giving them instant recognition and increased clientele. The company has since grown and transitioned into what it is today and Kenny has yet to tire of enthusiasm, motivation, and passion for excellence.
Rebekah's conceptual talent and eye for detail makes her an integral part of the team. She has an innate sense of taking something in its raw state and making it clean and beautiful. Her passion for every detail of the production stage has played an enormously important role in the award winning work that we have produced.
Celia began her career in Advertising at the San Jose Group in Chicago as an Account Executive for a top 20 Hispanic Advertising Agency that specializes in the Hispanic Market. She managed consumer packaged goods accounts that included the development of marketing plans, retail promotions and client relationships. Her career brought her back to Albuquerque to work at Rick Johnson & Company where she managed multi-million dollar accounts in the tourism industry. Celia is a graduate of the Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico and has a deep passion for making business challenges and creativity complement each other. Aside from ensuring the services we provide are quality, relevant and will contribute to our clients' successes, she loves spending time with her husband and children.
Juanma's experience in design and interactive marketing began almost 11 years ago. After working with Paraguay's top development agencies he decided to found his own company based on a strict set of ideologies and unique talent. In 2003, along with Martín Acuña Lledó, he founded NOS, which quickly became one of South America's leading web development firms. In addition to being exceptionally talented both conceptually and artistically, Juanma is an effective leader, manager, and communicator. Furthermore, Juanma's CSS design skills are well respected as his sites have been featured on over 40 design galleries across the Internet.

Martin’s programming and development skills are quite exceptional (and we’re not just saying that). Martin has excellent modeling capabilities and is a thorough technical coder. In his professional experience, Martin has developed several database driven web applications that currently process over 2 million financial transactions per month; several applications that currently send SMS transactions (text messages) to millions of people throughout South America each month; several secure e-commerce sites that process thousands of purchases each month; and several mobile and polling applications that alert and communicate with people throughout the day.
Martin and Juanma have known Hugo since in 2002, but it wasn't until 2 years later that they decided to train and educate him in web development and Hugo is now one of the best developers around. In addtion, he currently studies Computer Engineering at the National University in Asucion, Paraguay. Hugo loves techno music and moonlights as a DJ. He is eager to learn new technologies, wears blue t-shirts six days a week (and a red one every now and then), and is usually the last to leave the office.
